Una experiencia vergonzosa. Contacté para lacar unas puertas y rodapiés. Me dijeron que perfecto y quedamos para unos días después. Llega el día acordado, voy al piso y, tras 40 minutos esperando, les escribo para informar que ya estoy allí. Me dicen que no pueden venir y que me avisarían (cosa que no hicieron). Reprogramamos para otro día. En la nueva cita, media hora antes pregunto si van a acudir. Me dicen que enviarán a un compañero. Voy al piso y, tras 45 minutos esperando, llamo para saber dónde está… Sorpresa: no responden. Falta total de profesionalidad y respeto por el tiempo del cliente. No pierdas tu tiempo.
An embarrassing experience. I contacted them to have some doors and baseboards varnished. They said it was perfect, and we arranged to meet a few days later. The agreed-upon day arrived, I went to the apartment, and after 40 minutes of waiting, I wrote to let them know I was there. They told me they couldn't make it and would let me know (which they didn't). We rescheduled for another day. At the new appointment, half an hour beforehand, I asked if they would be there. They told me they'd send a colleague. I went to the apartment and, after 45 minutes of waiting, I called to find out where they were... Surprise: no answer. Total lack of professionalism and respect for the client's time. Don't waste your time.
